Description

KLEENOL 2000 is an alkaline liquid cleaner containing powerfull solvents, capable to remove many difficult impurities.

Application

KLEENOL-2000 is suitable for cleaning cargo tanks from drying, semi-drying and non- drying natural oils and fats, painted surfaces, walls, floors, plastic surfaces e.t.c.

Can be used also for general cleaning purposes.

Advantages

KLEENOL-2000 removes easily and efficiently vegetable and animal oils, fats, light carbon residue e.t.c.

Removes oxides from aluminum parts, cleaning stainless steels parts e.t.c.

KLEENOL-2000 is safe for aluminum,magnesium,cadmium plated steels, titanium and plexiglas when used according the instructions.

It isn't flammable and toxic.

Usage

KLEENOL-2000 is applied by immersion, spray or mop. May be used neat or diluted with water in a proportion of 5% depending on the amount of soils.

Allow the solution to remain on the surface for a few minutes and rinse with water under pressure.

KLEENOL-2000 can be used cold or hot. For better results heat the solution up to 60-700C.

Specific Application

• Cleaning of white colour.

Dilute in water in a proportion of 1:3. Apply by spray or mop and allow to remain on the surface for 2-5 minutes.

• Cleaning of other colours than white. Dilute in water in a proportion of 1:10 to 1:20.

Apply by mop or spray. Allow to remain on the surface for 3-5 minutes.

• For the aluminum parts don't use KLEENOL-2000 neat but diluted in water in a proportion of 1:3. The contact time is about 1-3 minutes.

To all mentioned above cases, follows a thorough brushing and rinsing with water under pressure.

NOTE : Keep in mind that KLEENOL-2000 is an alkaline product and may affect the paint and aluminum if it doen't used according to the use instructions.
