Description
MILK SCALE REMOVER is a weak acidic liquid product, suitable for food Industries and especially Dairies.
The product does not effect iron, copper, non reactive metals in any dilution. When used on aluminum and galvanized metals allow product to act only for a few minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with plenty of fresh water.
Application
MILK SCALE REMOVER is used mainly for the removal of milk scale and also for casein, fats and in general protein deposits that are formed on the tanks walls and pipes.
Direction for use
MILK SCALE REMOVER is used diluted in water and at a ratio of 5%. Fill the tanks with the solution and allow to soak for about 30 min. Then rinse with plenty of fresh water.
For hard deposits you can use a greater ratio. For cleaning of the pipe system, use in a ratio greater than 5% at a temperature of 1700F and circulate the solution.
1Kg of the product removes about 1 Kg of Milk Scale deposits.
