DESCALER is a liquid acid type product that effectively removes calcium carbonate and magnesium hydrate scales from heat exchangers, boilers, evaporators and other types of water systems.

It contains inhibitors and surface-active agents to protect sound metal surfaces giving more efficient reaction with the scale deposits.

When dissolved in water, its ingredients became chemically active, removing rapidly light scales and rust without appreciable action on the sound metal beneath. Through chemical reaction the scales are converted into highly soluble salts that are easily flushed away.

Generally a single treatment with DESCALER restores full system efficiency. Subsecquent treatments periodically will prevent the heavy scale incrustations and rust deposits that inevitably lead to serious impairmant of system efficiency, costly downtime and expensive repairs.

DESCALER is not recommended for use on aluminum and its alloys.

Application

DESCALER is used in a concentration 10 % in the water. The concentration varies, depending on the nature and the quantity of the scale.

Cold solutions work very satisfactorily. However, heating speed its action, with greatest efficiency obtained at 160 ^oF.

To strengthen solutions weakened through usage, simply add more DESCALER to restore solution to desired concentration.

Add DESCALER directly to the water in the system.

Circulate solution, hot or cold, until inspection shows system is free of scales.

Depending on the condition of the system a circulation of 12-36 hours is sufficient.

When system runs clean, flush with water and neutralize residual acid with our product KEM-NUTRO or ALKALINITY CONTROL in a concentration of 1,5 % - 3 % solution.

It is ideal for cleaning engine cooling systems, for car engines and truck engines.

It contains inhibitors and surface-active agents to protect sound metal surfaces giving more efficient reaction with the scale deposits.

SCALE OFF-LS-30 is the only product, which is safe on aluminum and its alloys.

When different metals exist in the system with aluminum, we suggest the use of SCALE OFF-LS-30 because any other chemical will destroy aluminum.

Application

SCALE OFF-LS-30 is normally used in a concentration of 10-20 % in water.

The concentration varies, depending on the nature and the quantity of the scale.

Cold solutions work satisfactorily. However, heating speeds its action, with greatest efficiency obtained at 70 ^oC.

When the temperature exceeds 50 ^oC probably the aluminum and aluminum alloys will be slightly affected.

To strengthen solutions weakened through usage, simply add more SCALE OFF-LS-30 to restore solution to desired concentration.

Add SCALE OFF-LS-30 directly to the water in the system.

Circulate solution, hot or cold, until inspection shows system is free of scales.

Depending on the condition of the system circulation for 1-24 hours is sufficient.

For car and truck engines, 30 minutes up to 1 hour is sufficient depending on the condition of the system and the amount of scale and rust.

When system runs clean, flush with water and neutralize residual acid with our product KEM-NUTRO-S in a concentration of 1,5 % - 3 % solution (refer to PDS for KEM-NUTRO-S).

When system runs clean, flush with water and neutralize residual acid with our product K-NUTRO or ALKALINITY CONTROL in a concentration of 1,5 - 3 % solution.

Description

RUST REMOVER is a de-oxidizing liquid detergent containing phosphoric acid and non - ionic surfactants used for rust removal and surface brightener.

Application

RUST REMOVER is used for the removal of light rust from iron and brightening of surfaces, removing of tarnish from brass, copper aluminum, as a protective pre- treatment prior to painting, removal of flush rust from mild steel cargo lines and tanks and finally as a cleaner from rust stains from painted surfaces, glass, porcelain etc.

Advantages

RUST REMOVER leaves surfaces free of rust tarnish, provides protection on ferrous surfaces, forms a protective coating on steel surfaces, is biodegradable, non flammable and safe for painted surfaces.

Usage

RUST REMOVER can be used in full strength or diluted with water in a ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, depending on the soiled condition of the surface to be cleaned. Can be used by immersion, or spray and then rinse with water. Do not use RUST REMOVER on zinc, tin and galvanized surfaces.

Usage:

• Effectively removes calcium carbonate and magnesium hydrate scales from heat exchangers, boilers, evaporators and other types of water systems.

• ATAROL is used for the removal of rust and iron oxides from iron and brightening surfaces, removing of tarnish from brass, copper, aluminum, as a protective pre-treatment prior to painting, removal of flush rust from mild steel cargo lines and tanks and lastly as a cleaner of rust stains from painted surfaces, glass, porcelain, etc.

Application:

For rust removal: ATAROL can be applied full strength or diluted with water in a ratio of 1:3.

It can be used by immersion, spray or swab. Allow the solution to act on ferrous surfaces for 15 – 30 minutes and then rinse with water. When ATAROL is used by immersion the tank must be stainless steel or acid proof polyester.

As a descaler: It is applied in a concentration of 10-50% in water. The concentration varies depending on the nature and quantity of the scale.

Cold solutions work satisfactorily. However, heating speeds its action with greatest efficiency obtained at 160^oF.

To strengthen solution weakened through usage, simply add more ATAROL to restore solution to desired concentration.

ATAROL may be added directly to the water in the system.

Circulate solution hot or cold, until inspection shows that the system is free of scales. Depending on the condition of the system a circulation of 12-24 hours is sufficient.

We recommend, when system runs clean, to protect system from further corrosion, flush with water and neutralize residual acid with our product KEM- NUTRO or ALKALINITY CONTROL in a concentration of 1,5 – 3% solution.

Description

ATAROL - THICK is a viscous acidic liquid product that contains non-ionic surfactants and anticorrosive agents, used for rust removal, scale removal and as a surface brightener.

Application

ATAROL - THICK is used for the removing of rust and scale from iron and brightening of surfaces, removing of tarnish from brass, copper and aluminum and as a protective pre-treatment prior to painting. Because of it is thick is ideal for vertical surfaces.

Advantages

ATAROL - THICK leaves surface free of rust and tarnish, provides protection on ferrous surfaces, forms a protective coating on steel surfaces, is biodegradable and non-flammable.

Usage

ATROL – THICK is applied neat by brush or sponge.

Allow the solution to remain on the surface for 5-15 minutes depending on the corrosion grade.

Using a bristle brush remove all loosening corrosion products and rinse with water under pressure.

Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
