Description

Heavy duty water based alkaline cleaner, containing specially selected sequestrants, powerful synthetic detergents, alkaline salts and soaps. Not suitable for aluminum, zinc, tin, zinc silicate coatings and painted surfaces.

In this case use our product ARR-SAFETY LIQUID.

Applications

ARR-LIQUID is efficient in cleaning heavy duty cargo tanks as well as refrigerated holds, containers and cargo holds, discharging them of drying, semi- drying and non-drying natural oils and fats. It is also used in removing a wide range of petrochemicals, alcohols, light hydrocarbons, carbon deposits, mineral oils, residual combustion products, grease etc.

*ARR-LIQUID is used in dairies for the removal of butter from pumps and piping with excellent results.

Directions for Use

• With immersion, spray or brush.

ARR-LIQUID is applied by immersion, spray or mop. May be used neat or diluted with water in a proportion of 5% depending on the amount of soils.

Allow the solution to remain on the surface for a few minutes and rinse with water under pressure.

ARR-LIQUID can be used cold or hot. For better results heat the solution up to 60 - 70oC.

• With recirculation and heating.

By using a secondary tank, heat a solution of 5-20% ARR-LIQUID at 80-90 0C with the heating coils and clean the surfaces, by using a pump and recirculate the material for 2 to 6 hours, then flush with water.

Application

KLEENOL-2000 is suitable for cleaning cargo tanks from drying, semi-drying and non- drying natural oils and fats, painted surfaces, walls, floors, plastic surfaces e.t.c.

Can be used also for general cleaning purposes.

Advantages

KLEENOL-2000 removes easily and efficiently vegetable and animal oils, fats, light carbon residue e.t.c.

Removes oxides from aluminum parts, cleaning stainless steels parts e.t.c.

KLEENOL-2000 is safe for aluminum,magnesium,cadmium plated steels, titanium and plexiglas when used according the instructions.

It isn't flammable and toxic.

Usage

KLEENOL-2000 is applied by immersion, spray or mop. May be used neat or diluted with water in a proportion of 5% depending on the amount of soils.

Allow the solution to remain on the surface for a few minutes and rinse with water under pressure.

KLEENOL-2000 can be used cold or hot. For better results heat the solution up to 60-700C.

Specific Application

• Cleaning of white colour.

Dilute in water in a proportion of 1:3. Apply by spray or mop and allow to remain on the surface for 2-5 minutes.

• Cleaning of other colours than white. Dilute in water in a proportion of 1:10 to 1:20.

Apply by mop or spray. Allow to remain on the surface for 3-5 minutes.

• For the aluminum parts don't use KLEENOL-2000 neat but diluted in water in a proportion of 1:3. The contact time is about 1-3 minutes.

To all mentioned above cases, follows a thorough brushing and rinsing with water under pressure.

NOTE : Keep in mind that KLEENOL-2000 is an alkaline product and may affect the paint and aluminum if it doen't used according to the use instructions.

EUROCLEAN  can be used for many different purposes in different rates of dilution. It has many general cleaning and degreasing applications such as grease removal, oil, sludge, carbon deposits, general dirt, vegetable and animal oils. Also can be used as deck, engine room cleaner. After its use it de-emulsifies in the bilges or sloptanks. Suitable for use with oil/water separators.

Directions for use

EUROCLEAN  as a general cleaner – degreaser can be used neat or diluted from 1 – 20 parts of water according to the type and amount of soil. After the use bilge slops must be allowed to separate for at least 3 hours before being treated in oil water separator .

EUROCLEAN  as cargo tank cleaner :

• With tank washing machines the dosage rate is between 0.5 – 1%.
• By recirculation method a solution of between 3 – 4% should clean up to 3 – 4 tanks depending on the contamination.
• Spot cleaning EUROCLEAN can be used by hand spraying neat or diluted from

1 – 5 parts water. Use the solution onto surface for cleaning up to 20 – 30 minutes.

For best cleaning results use heated water between 40 ⁰C - 50 ⁰C.

The above proportions are indicative and can change depending to the type of the soil and the temperature of the solution.
