AF - II is a strong general purpose antifoam which consists of polyester compounds and special anti - foaming additives whose combined action creates a very effective product with the following advantages:
a) It is neutral and dissolves completely in water.
b) It is non-toxic.
c) pH does not affect its efficiency.
d) It works at low temperatures as well as at high temperatures where silicone antifoam agents cannot work effectively.
e) It is mostly used in aqueous solutions.
AF - II is used to neutralize foam in:
Pulp and paper Industries
In liquid or solid detergents
In caustic soda solutions
In Hydrochloric acid
and generally in industries where foaming problems appear.
AF - II is added to the solutions in a proportion of 0.01 - 0.3%. This proportion varies depending on the case.
Especially in distilleries, in caustic baths, a proportion of 0.01 - 0.05% is enough to eliminate the foam.
In liquid detergents, it is used in a proportion of 20-25% of the amount of the surfactants that exist in detergents.
Appearance : White liquid.
Flash point : Non-flammable.

Also, the product is approved by the Benaki Foundation as non-toxic and suitable for use in Food Industries.
2010-CHAIN LUBRICANT is a high viscosity residual-type Extreme- Pressure lubricant containing a solvent for easy application.
2010-CHAIN LUBRICANT is recommended for open-gear and wire-rope lubrication and similar applications. It resists cracking and flaking even at low temperatures and retain good adhesive properties with resistance to drip and fling-off at high temperatures.
Because of its EP properties protects gears from the effects of shock-loading and can also protect wire-ropes from strand fretting and chemical corrosion.
2010-CHAIN LUBRICANT is especially designed for dispensing in automatic systems but can also be applied by traditional hand methods. 2010-CHAIN LUBRICANT may be diluted with solvent 2010 and resists water wash-off and if necessary can be applied to wet surfaces (although application to clean dry surfaces is preferable).
