Description

OIL-REMOVER-SUPER is a solvent emulsion cleaner with surfactants for fast effective cleaning. Does not contain chlorinated solvents.

Applications

OIL-REMOVER-SUPER is ideal for removing mineral oils and greases from machinery parts, diesel engine exteriors, compressors exteriors, tank tops, bulkheads, decks, bunker tanks etc. Also is suitable for engine rooms decks and spot cleaning/degreasing of oil tanks.

Advantages

OIL-REMOVER-SUPER is safe for all metals, glass, plastic, wood and painted surfaces. Loosens and breaks up deposits, leaves oil and grease free surfaces, has a strong emulsifying action and it is easy to use. OIL-REMOVER-SUPER can be used as an all purpose degreaser.

Usage

OIL-REMOVER-SUPER may be used neat or diluted with petroleum or water in varying concentrations depending on the heaviness of the soil by soaking, spraying or combined with scrubbing.

Soaking: Parts are immersed in OIL-REMOVER-SUPER. Allow deposit to be broken up and loosened before removal. Then rinse off with water.

Spraying: Apply OIL-REMOVER-SUPER over all soiled areas. Allow time for OIL-REMOVER-SUPER to act, between 15-30 minutes, then rinse off by water hose.

Scrubbing: Use OIL-REMOVER-SUPER neat and agitate by scrubbing where soiling is stubborn. Rinse off with water.

Butterworth or steam cleaning machines:  Use concentration of 0,1 – 1% at the nozzle.
