Description

2003 is a completely new technology, liquid compound, especially formulated for use in all cleaning operations where a very fast evaporating product is required.

Application:

2003 is used for removing oil, grease, dust, light carbon and other filth from engines, spare parts, machinery, equipment, electric apparatus, generators, cables, switches, relays, video tuners, potentiometers, transistors and electronic equipment. It does not attack plastic, insulating materials, cables and has high cleaning ability.

It is used undiluted and may be applied by brush, dipping or non-atomizing spray. Allow 2003 to completely evaporate leaving surface dry.

2003 is specially developed to replace (MIL-C-81302) 1,1,2-Trichloro 1,2,2 – Trifluoroethane which is characterized as causing depletion of the ozone layer according to the Montreal Protocol and has been forbidden.

2003 according to the above specification is used for cleaning space vehicle components, precision assemblies, oxygen systems and electronic equipment by the processes of spraying and flushing.

Note:

2003 is a very fast evaporating product, leaves no residue and has a high

dielectric constant (over 25,000 volts).
